Nominees Notified: Monday, July 14, 2025

Nominees must be able to attend Hall of Fame Night on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Nomination may be made for any individual or organization that fits the following categories:
  - Athlete
  - Volunteer
  - Staff or Board Member
2. Nominees must be ambassadors (officially or unofficially) for the Games. Inductees take pride in being involved with our event and encourage others to be involved.
3. Nominees must have shown exceptional contribution in a minimum of three of the following areas:
  - Athletic achievement at the Games
  - Support or promotion of the Games
  - Sportsmanship
  - Integrity
  - Volunteering
  - Leadership
  - Longevity at the Games
4. Nominees must receive an affirmative vote from at least a 2/3 majority of the selection committee [a diverse group who represent Games staff, Games Board member(s), athletes, former inductees in our Hall of Fame, and volunteers].
Reasons for Disqualification:
1. Pattern of poor sportsmanship
2. Behavior detrimental to the Games
3. An incomplete form or one submitted after the deadline
