I understand that there is a 30 minute pick up window. If you cannot arrive within 30 minutes of the pick up time, you acknowledge that you may have to reschedule to a later pick up time or next day. (case by case basis)
I understand that I must pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $25.00 after receiving email/text from Balynn that my order has been accepted. The remaining balance will be due 24 HOURS BEFORE PICK UP TIME (We will go over all payment methods upon acceptance)

Bay's Bakes recommends inquiring at least 2 weeks prior to date needed. ANY ORDERS PLACED WITH SHORTER NOTICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT QUOTED UP FRONT TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER.

I do not offer refunds after an order is placed. However, if you need to change the date and/or have an emergency your payment can be used as a credit. Disclaimer: credit must be used within 30 days of being applied.

Bay's Bakes is not liable for any damage that occurs after your cake has been picked up or delivered.

Bay's Bakes is not liable for any allergic reactions. This is the customers responsibility to make me aware of any allergies before order is placed.

Every order is custom and made by Balynn (owner). Orders are subject to Balynn's own artistic representation and she will not duplicate another cake artist's work exactly.
