We are excited that you are applying for our Leader in Training (LIT) program! This program is demanding and the days are long, but the rewards are high! We hope that your time as an LIT will help teach you to serve with excellence, provide you with an awesome experience of Christian community, facilitate the formation of new friendships, and encourage you in your faith. Most of your time will be spent working as part of a crew doing dishes, cleaning washrooms, or other ‘behind the scenes’ jobs. You’ll also spend time every day participating in Bible Study, Leadership Training (working with campers in a supervised capacity), and discussion.
