A covered exhibit consists of display fixture with something placed over or upon the exhibit that can be either decorative or functional (such as to shade computer monitors from ambient light or for hanging products).
All ceiling covers, umbrellas, flag and banners must comply with all booth height restrictions. No part of these items may extend out or hover into aisle space.
These items may not be attached to the back, top or sides of exhibits to gain additional exposure outside of posted height and line of sight regulations.
The base of the Canopy should not be lower than seven feet (7’) from the floor and within five feet (5’) of any aisle. Canopy supports should be no wider than three inches (3”). This applies to any booth configuration that has a sight line restriction, such as a Linear Booth.
