ASAFS 2026 Conference - Vendor Event Sponsorship Selection

Thank you for choosing to be an ASAFS Sponsor! Please submit the following information to secure your spot as a Sponsor at ASAFS 2025. The conference will be held at The Lodge at Lake Guntersville in Guntersville, AL, from May 26th-May 29th! All sponsors will receive recognition for their contributions at the event and in our conference program. A separate form will be sent out for attendee registration. Attendee registration prices: Full conference registration ($500.00), Full conference registration with Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsorship ($400.00), Tuesday Only ($150.00), Wednesday Only ($250.00), Thursday Only ($250.00), and Friday Only ($100.00).
