ASAFS 2025 Conference - Vendor Event Sponsorship Selection

Thank you for choosing to be an ASAFS Sponsor! Please submit the following information to secure your spot as a Sponsor at ASAFS 2025. The conference will be held at the Gulf Lodge in Gulf Shores, AL, from May 27th-May 30th! All sponsors will receive recognition for their contributions at the event and in our conference program. A separate form will be sent out for attendee registration. Attendee registration prices: Full conference registration ($400.00), Full conference registration with Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsorship ($300.00), Tuesday Only ($60.00), Wednesday Only ($140.00), Thursday Only ($150.00), and Friday Only ($50.00).
