WC Concession Sign Up (Fall 2026)

This form is for WC groups & organizations who wish to sign up to run the concession stands for an event at Chrisman to earn money for their club. This must be completed by an adult representative of the group/organization.
Please Read Carefully
- Group will receive 30% of sales or a minimum $100 guarantee, whichever is greater.
- An adult representative of the group must be present in the concession stand at ALL times.
- Indoor events minimum 2 people (1 adult), typical 3-4 total
- Outdoor events minimum 2 people (1 adult), typical 4-5 total
- A booster club representative will unlock for you. Upon closing, the group will complete the Concession Close Out Form (online submission). Instructions are provided.
- Checks will be processed once per month and distributed to groups following their event.
- Each worker will receive 1 free drink and 1 free food item during the event.
- Extra students beyond the number necessary to work are not allowed to hang out inside the concession stand and should not receive free food.
- All members of coaching staff/sponsors must be Booster Club Members. Click here to become a member
If a group backs out of their committed date less than 48 hours before the event, they may not have the opportunity to work concessions again and may not be eligible for any financial support from Booster Club for the remainder of the school year.

Schedule will be updated as quickly as possible. If we have an abundance of responses we will get each group assigned at least 1 event and then go back through responses in the order received to assign a 2nd event. You will receive an auto-generated confirmation email for this form submission but will receive another email later to acutally confirm your dates.
