I certify that my health conditions are optimum and adequate, and that I am capable of riding a bicycle with total control and awareness of my senses.

I am responsible for being respectful towards all Puerto Rican norms, rules and laws regarding transit and transportation, applicable to all people conducting a vehicle, and also, the rights and duties directed specifically towards cyclists.

I will always be careful when riding close to other people using the sidewalk or crossing the street. It is my responsibility to lower my speed and keep reasonable distance from pedestrians.

It is my responsibility to be careful when choosing where to park and lock the bike(s). I'll make sure the lock is closed correctly and positioned properly around a strong and stable surface, or bicycle dock.

I'll make sure I'll return the bike(s) in the same condition as it(they) was(were) handed to me. If Cultura Bicicleta Coop has to invest any money in repairing or replacing the bike(s), in case of an accident, theft or loss, I could be charged its(their) full price on the market. I am also responsible for any lesions, harm or loss I suffer or inflict others or other's property as a consequence of biking.

This bicycle is equipped with a location tracking device to assist in theft prevention and recovery. By renting this bicycle, you consent to the use of this technology for asset protection purposes.
