WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ALCOHOL OR DRUG PARAPHERNALIA VENDORS OF ANY SORTS.
1. All vendors must read and accept all Rules and Regulations below prior to completing an application.
2. Multi-Cultural Farmers Market will review all applications based on market criteria, similar products, and availability. You may only sell approved products by our administration
3. This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event! There is no indoor alternative in the event of rain. (NO REFUNDS). All purchases for event spaces are FINAL (NO REFUNDS IF CANT ATTEND EVENT).
4. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, electricity, and linen. Tents are permitted but not required. If you do choose to utilize a tent, please ensure you have tent weights for everyone's safety. (20 lbs) per Tent Leg (This is non-negociable) (Food Trucks are required to have tire safety stops)
Vendor Fee:
$50 for 10x10 Tent Space
$60 for 20x20
$100 for Food trucks
5. Load-in times are scheduled accordingly per event. Event timing goes as follows;
11:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Set up as early as 9:30AM, no later than 10:30AM ) If you are late you will forfeit your spot (NO REFUNDS)
Please unload and remove your vehicle immediately to the designated area (we cannot block roadways on event grounds. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS. YOU MAY NOT BREAKDOWN EARLY. MUST STAY FOR FULL EVENT.
6. For the safety of all guests and vendors, vendors are prohibited from breaking down before the end of the event.
7. All food vendors must operate under the Cottage Food Law. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us directly before completing your application. All food trucks are required to provide all legal documents showing business standards are up to date
8. Vendors who do show up for an event or fail to communicate their absence before the event's start may be restricted from future events.
9. We STRONGLY recommend each vendor obtain Vendor or Event insurance; however, it is not required.
11. Vendors are required to clean up their rental space at the close of business and must remove their trash and dispose of it properly off-premises. Vendors are not permitted to utilize the dumpsters located on the property.
12. We will only allow a multiple of 4 vendors per same category. (10x10 Tent) 1 Per Food Truck Vendor. 1 Per Promoter category i.e real estate, insurance, solar
13. No smoking in general area (Please use designated smoke area). All drug use is STRICTLY prohibited
14. Children under 12 years require adult supervision.
15. Animals must at all times be properly secured and cared for while on the premises and must not be left unattended for any reason. Cages must be cleaned frequently and waste properly disposed of off-premises.
16. All Payments must secured 24 hours prior to event to secure spot.
17. Al vendors must have all state required documents up to date (must be able to provide proof upon request).
18. Restrooms are available for public use and vendors
19. All vendors must park on the outer rim of the event to allow customer parking
20. Space assignments will be made at the discretion of market management to promote a diverse and balanced market environment within the designated sectors of the market. The position of each stand at the market may change at the discretion of market management. 21. Booth sharing or subleasing is prohibited.
22. No Helium products permitted on premises
Integrity- Please note that any violation of any of these guidelines may result in suspension or expulsion from the market event.
