- The Wyoming State filing fee for the WY LLC

- Opening a US Company Bank Account (use Wise or Revolut),
- Registration for VAT (most likely, not required),
- Business Visa(s) (CZ visa not possible with US LLC),
- Residence Permit for EU (CZ RP possible with LLC)
- Business Consultancy (select on form),
- Accounting / Tax Return (invoiced separately)
