    Gluten-sensitive cookies do not contain gluten in the cookies themselves. I strive to avoid cross-contamination in my kitchen and clean surfaces before baking/decorating cookies without gluten. However, I do frequently bake with gluten in my kitchen, and I cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination. Please only order these if you understand that cross contamination may occur.
