Welcome to the Registration Form for Canadian MUN Networking Gala (CMNG) 2025.

Please complete all the required fields in the form, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.

Delegation Delegates:

* Please select the right delegation as we will check with your head delegate to confirm the information once they have indicated all members of their delegation has completed the registration processes.

* If you do not see your delegation on there, it's likely your delegation either has not filled out the reservation form yet or have yet to be confirmed and added to our database. Please wait 48 hours and if not, please contact delegate affairs.

* If your school is paying as a whole, please do not fill out this form. Your head delegate and chaperone/faculty advisor should've provided you with this information.

Independent Delegates:

* Please select INDEPENDENT in the section that inquires which delegation you are registering with

Please read the following information before registering:

* Each delegate must individually fill out this registration form for themselves only.

* Emergency contact: All delegates must put 1 emergency contact that isn't their faculty advisor. This must be a legal guardian (18+) that we can reach in case of an emergency.

* Switching status: If after submitting the Registration Form, you want to change your status and join your school delegation, please send an email to delegateaffairscanmun@gmail.com with the subject of the Email being: CMNG Add to Delegation: "Delegation Name" and provide your full name in the email.

Delegations/Organizations:

Attendees registered under a delegation/organization will automatically be seated with other members within the same delegation.

Independent Attendees:

Independent attendees will be randomly seated in tables with spare seats.
