The Common Assessment Tool (CAT) is a structured questionnaire designed to identify your strengths, employment history, and any potential barriers to finding and keeping a job. It covers:
- Demographic information and employment history
- Skills and qualifications relevant to your career goals
- Employment status and work experience
- Any supports or services needed to help you succeed
- This assessment is MANDATORY and will help us provide individualized and job search support.
What to bring ?
To ensure a smooth process, please bring the following:
- A copy of your current resume (if available)
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, PR card, or passport)
- Social Insurance Number (SIN)
