2026 Referral Partner Agreement

Dear Referral Partner,

Thank you for your interest in being a referral partner.  Dress for Success Greater New York City works with all women and individuals identifying as a woman living across New York City.  Our services focus on workforce development and aim to help women move across their career pathway toward financial independence.

We are currently accepting referrals for women who are advancing across their career pathway toward their career goals. 

All women are eligible to participate in our Career Building, Professional Development, Upskilling and Reskilling offerings. 

Our professional styling services are available for Career Facing women.  This means women who have a confirmed internship, or interview or new employment opportunity.

Here are some suggestions for gathering information before you begin the referral form:

1. If you are referring for professional styling services you will need a digital copy of the woman’s resume and a confirmation of employment, interview, or internship.  You can also provide an attestation that the woman is scheduled to attend a job fair that includes real time interview opportunities.

2. If you are referring a woman for our workforce services please be sure to answer all the questions provided on the referral form, only complete applications will be accepted.

What days and times can a woman receive styling services?

Tuesday: 9:45am - 12:45pm

Thursday: 12:45pm - 3:45pm

Do you offer virtual workforce development services?

We offer all of our workforce development services in three different ways:  Virtual, In-Person, or On-Demand.  Look for our flyers and announcements to learn more.

If a woman has an interview scheduled, and can not get an appointment prior to her interview what is the best way to proceed?

The best option is to complete the referral form completely including the confirmation of interview, internship, or employment.  We will contact her to schedule an appointment for professional styling.

Once the application is submitted how long will it take to hear back about the referral?

Our Client Relationship Manager will contact the woman being referred with in 48 business hours or sooner.  The communication will come from Dress for Success so please encourage your referral to check their email—including junk and spam.
