PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Nadia Li Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself. I hereby grant Nadia Li Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, my spouse and/or family, or in which myself, my spouse and/or family will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, social media and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Nadia Li Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.*

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Nadia Li Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Nadia Li Photography, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to hard drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement. The session fee is due at the end of the session.*

By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such. DEPOSIT INFORMATION A non-refundable deposit of (at least) $50 is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session. Higher deposit fees may apply if Studio or Prop / Costume expenses are included in the booking. All remaining Balances are due at the time of the session. No part of any order, including teasers, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your time and date are not reserved until the deposit are received full and clear. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time agreed upon, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client. Re-scheduling of the date due to bad weather may occur if needed. Photos will be delivered within two (2) weeks of the shoot via a Google Drive folder link, emailed to the address above and will be digitally stored and available to download for 1 month after delivery. Please be sure to download your own copy of the image files within this time. *

All deposits can be sent via e-Transfer to 'nadiali@hotmail.ca'. I am set for Auto Deposit. Please wait for confirmation of booking before sending your deposit.
