All bookings must be within Winnipeg city limits unless other arrangements are made. We may use indoor and outdoor public use space. Examples are listed on the booking page.

All sessions require a minimum $50 retainer upon confirmation of booking which will go towards the total balance. Higher fees may apply if Studio Booking is requested.

Event Booking

All sessions require a minimum $50 retainer upon confirmation of booking which will go towards the total balance. ** Any cover / ticket fees for my entry to any event are your responsibility.**

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: A non-refundable retainer of (at least) $50 is due upon booking in order to reserve your date & time. Higher fees may apply if Studio expenses are included in the booking. All remaining Balances are due at the end of the session. No part of any order, including teasers, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your time and date are not reserved until the retainer is received full and clear. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time agreed upon, the retainer shall be refunded to the Client. Re-scheduling of the date due to bad weather may occur if needed. Photos will be delivered within two (2) weeks of the shoot via a Google Drive folder link, emailed to the address above and will be digitally stored and available to download for 1 month after delivery. Please be sure to download your own copy of the image files within this time.

All deposits can be sent via e-Transfer to 'nadiali@hotmail.ca'. I am set for Auto Deposit. Please wait for confirmation of booking before sending your deposit.

PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Nadia Li Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself. I hereby grant Nadia Li Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, which may be included for editorial, trade, advertising, social media and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Nadia Li Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.*
