All sales for this experience are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, missed experiences, or failure to attend. The full balance for the retreat must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the experience start date. Failure to pay the balance in full by this deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of any prior payments made.

Safety Requirements for Riding and Driving SXS (Side-by-Side Vehicles)

The parties agree that all individuals operating or riding in Side-by-Side (SXS) vehicles must adhere to strict safety guidelines to minimize the risk of injury. This includes, but is not limited to, the mandatory use of approved safety helmets, seat belts, and other protective gear as recommended by the manufacturer and/or relevant authorities. All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and be of legal age to operate the vehicle, and passengers must be seated in designated seating areas at all times. Operators are required to complete any necessary safety training and must operate the SXS in a responsible manner, adhering to all local laws, regulations, and manufacturer’s instructions. The use of alcohol or drugs while operating or riding in an SXS is strictly prohibited. The parties acknowledge that failure to comply with these safety measures could result in injury, legal liability, or termination of this agreement.
