  • Display Tables

    Must be set up by 10am and cannot begin packing up until 2pm.

    Tables are 8' long and you may select 4', 8', 12', 16' 

    Please note if you will require an outlet or a back wall. Please bring an extension cord because there may be some distance from the outlet. Please do not request a back wall if really don't need it, if we run out of back wall tables you will be notified.

    Presentations are scheduled for every half hour and are 20 minutes in length. Power point presentation files must be sent in before November 1st, they will be loaded onto the laptop computer and will be ready to start at the scheduled time. A microphone and laser pointer will be available. 

    You are not required to have a table if you just want to do a presentation.

    This event is funded by the Sonoma County Historical Society.  To encourage participation, no fees are being charged to exhibition organizations or the public.  All donations will be gratefully accepted, and sponsorships are available to help with the costs. Thank you for helping us fund this event and will allow us to continue. Please send your sponsorship check to PO Box 1373, Santa Rosa Ca 95402. Please make checks payable to Sonoma County Historical Society. Sponsors will get special mention on the website, sponsor label on your table, and first choice of table location and first choice of presentation time. The usual amount is $200 but any amount will be graciously accepted.
