Sacred Womb Journey Agreements

1. Reserving Your Journey

A $100 deposit, due at the time of booking, reserves your first appointment and marks the beginning of your Sacred Womb Journey. The deposit will be applied to your chosen investment option—either the full payment or the first monthly installment.

• The card used for the deposit will be used for all future payments, including session fees and any applicable cancellation fees unless otherwise agreed upon.
• If you need to reschedule your Initiation Session, your deposit is transferable one time, as long as you provide 24-hour notice and reschedule within 30 days. 
  • In the case of rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice, the $100 deposit will be retained, and an additional $75 rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new appointment.
• The deposit is non-refundable if you need to cancel the Sacred Womb Journey with less than 24-hour notice. 

2. The Investment

The Sacred Womb Journey is a profound commitment to your body and being, unfolding over three months and six sessions: one Initiation Session (2–2.5 hours) and five biweekly Continuation Sessions (Approximately 1.5 hours each). For the investment, you have two options:

• Pay in Full: $999, with $899 due after your first session.
• Three Monthly Payments: $255 due after your first session, and two additional payments of $355 due one month apart. (Total cost: $1,065)
  
  
  

The following policies are in place to support the flow of the Sacred Womb Journey while respecting our mutual commitments. I wholeheartedly understand that life can be unpredictable, and if an emergency prevents you from attending a session or completing the journey, we will work together to find a compassionate solution that respects both of us.

1. Rescheduling Sessions

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any session and avoid a rescheduling fee of $75.
• You have up to 30 days after the planned conclusion of the 3-month journey to complete any remaining sessions. 
• If I, as your practitioner, need to reschedule your session with less than 24-hour notice, you will receive a $75 credit to use towards your Sacred Womb Journey or any other services I provide, including Thai massage and private yoga. (Valid for 3 months.)

2. Cancellation After the First Session
It is my deepest intention that this work serve you in its entirety. However, you always have full agency to change your mind.

• If you decide not to move forward after the Initiation Session:
  
  • You are only responsible for the stand-alone cost of that session (valued at $275).
    
  • After your deposit, you will owe $175 to complete the payment for the Initiation Session. The remaining balance will be waived.
    
    
• If you decide not to move forward after a Continuation Session:
  
  • You will be entitled to a refund of your remaining balance, minus the stand-alone cost of each completed session (valued at $175 each). 
    
  • Please note: if you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24-hour notice, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.
