  • TENANT REPRESENTATION

Unfortunately, because we represent many landlords and property management companies, it is a conflict of interest for us to represent you as a tenants.

At this time, you must seek the help of another law firm.

  • EVICTION FORUM

  • For the question below, make your selection based upon one of the following:

SELECT MAGISTRATE COURT:  If this is a new eviction filing, in other words this is the first time you are filing for this tenant (doesn't matter if you have filed in the past), select "Magistrate Court."

SELECT DISTRICT COURT:  If the tenant has appealed from a current eviction hearing that you just recently had in Small Claims/Magistrate Court, or if this is a foreclosure eviction where you want someone evicted after a foreclosure, select "District Court."

  • ATTORNEY CONSULT

It is your decision if you would like to speak with an attorney prior to paying your invoice, and submitting your intake questionnaire.

The questionnaire you will fill out prior to us filing is extremely detailed, and will contain all of the information we need to file your case.  If the attorney has any questions whatsoever prior to filing, or the attorney fells they need to speak with you before then, rest assured the attorney will reach out to you.

Even if the attorney feels as though nothing is needed prior to filing, the attorney will reach out to you before your court date to discuss matters with you, and answer any questions you may have.  In other words, you will still have an opportunity to speak with your attorney well in advance of, and prior to the court date.

Because court dates fill up quickly, selecting "Yes" to the below question allows us to file rapidly, and ensure that we are able to get you possession of your property as soon as possible.

Select "Yes,"  if you do not need to speak to an attorney and want us to being fiing as quickly as possible.

Select "No," if you want to wait for us to file so you can speak to an attorney.
