Turnaround Time

Photography: 48-hour delivery.
Video Production: 48-hour delivery.

Client Revisions

Each product includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions will incur additional charges.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of Walters Macri.
Prices include call-out fees, equipment usage, and public liability insurance coverage for all team members.
All prices are EXCLUDING GST.

Business Hours

Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm.
Appointments outside of these hours (excluding pre-scheduled dusk/sunrise shoots) will incur additional fees.

Cancellations

Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

Travel Fees

A travel surcharge applies for locations beyond a 20 km radius of Sydney CBD.

Delivery of Work

All completed work will be delivered in the specified file formats via a download link.

Aerial Photography & Videography

Aerial work is subject to CASA regulations and may be restricted in no-fly zones.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions on-site.

Confidentiality

All information within this document is confidential and subject to change.

Content Usage & Copyright

Content produced for real estate clients includes usage rights for the property’s marketing campaign. Usage beyond this scope will require additional fees and be in breach of copyright.
Walters Macri retains full copyright of all content produced.
