    • Final guest count and drink selections must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.

    • Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may forfeit the deposit.

     

  • Boba T Station Service Agreement

  • 1. Services Provided
    Boba T Station agrees to provide catering services for bubble tea at the event specified by the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

    2. Payment Terms - AUD
    • Quote: INVOICE TO FOLLOW
    • Deposit: $300
    • Bond: $300, held as a security bond for any potential damages.
    The security bond will be returned within 7 days after the event via bank transfer, pending an inspection for any damages or losses.

    3. Cancellations and Refunds
    Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Cancellation 30+ days prior to the event date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellation within 14-30 days: 50% refund of the total fee.
    • Cancellation within 14 days: No refund.
    • Cancellation Due to Act of God or Extreme Weather: If the event cannot be held due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances (collectively, “Act of God”), Boba T Station will review the circumstances and, at its discretion, may offer the Client a reschedule option or a partial refund. This decision will be based on the specific situation and incurred expenses.

    4. Liability, Bond, and Indemnity
    • Bond for Damages: A $300 bond is held as security against any damages to Boba T Station’s equipment or property. If any equipment or supplies are damaged, lost, or stolen during the event, the Client may forfeit part or all of the bond to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
    • Liability: Boba T Station will take all necessary measures to ensure safe handling and serving of beverages.
    • Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Boba T Station from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injuries or accidents involving guests unless proven to result from negligence on the part of Boba T Station.

    5. Equipment and Setup
    Boba T Station will provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the bubble tea catering service. The Client agrees to allow sufficient space and access to set up the catering area.
