Veterinary approval is recommended for behaviour modification training. This is to safeguard your horse’s welfare by checking for any known or suspected health concerns that may be contributing to your horse’s behaviour.

Cancellation Policy: The Equine Method runs a cancellation policy to support continuity in the diary and reduce mileage costs for clients. Late cancellations can be very disruptive and have knock-on effects for other clients. Therefore, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked appointment time will incur a charge of the full cost of the session. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the booked appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the full cost of the session.*

- By engaging in services, you agree to actively participate in the training process and follow the guidance provided for the well-being of your horse.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of each session or as agreed in advance. I accept BACS payments, card payments, and cash. Payments not received within the specified time may result in suspension of services.
- Health, Safety, and Risks: It is your responsibility to ensure your horse is in good health and capable of participating in training sessions. Working with horses carries inherent risks, including injury or unpredictable behaviour. By engaging in this training, you accept these risks and do so voluntarily, understanding that while safety is prioritised, there are no guarantees against injury.
- Non-Compliance: Should any of the terms and conditions not be followed, I reserve the right to end the training session immediately, or if requirements are not met, the session may fail to go ahead.
