1. Detailed References Required:
The client is to provide detailed references with regards to color palette, head angle, pose, and a fully detailed description. The more detail, the better the creation process.
2. Right to Decline:
I reserve the right to turn down any commission request.
3. Turnaround Time:
The turnaround time is estimated at a week or so, depending on the complexity of the commission and the desire deadline of a client.
4. Patience Requested:
Please note that I do have a personal schedule to consider, too. After receiving your commission, I shall try my best to serve it as urgently but a high quality as possible. I would, however, greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
5. Progress Updates:
The progress of the work will be updated to you as often as possible.
6. Commission Slots Limit:
I only take up to a certain number of commissions. My commission slot is only considered reserved upon acceptance and a 50% upfront payment. This is due to avoid scams between client and artist.
7. Revisions Policy:
I can do revisions, but these revisions are only for the sketch phase. Once that sketch is approved, I move forward with the commissioning process, and there will be no further revisions unless with added fee (3 USD). Please be reminded that I still accept small revisions with no fee. (such as changing color)
8. Cancellations or Refunds:
No cancellations or refunds are offered after the line work or coloring process has begun.
9. Pricing Adjustments:
The base prices can change depending on the difficulty of the commission. After approval, you will be given a reason to the price given to your request.
10. Usage Rights:
Commissions are solely for personal use. Commercial use is negotiable. I reserve all rights to the piece and its use in my portfolio credited to the client, watermarked.
11. Delivery of Final Piece:
The final piece will be delivered via email or through Google Drive in 300 dpi resolution.
