Recall BALKA & OLENA Cribs

South Shore Furniture, in collaboration with CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), announces a voluntary recall of the Balka and Olena crib, specifically the models: 12937, 12938, 13824, 13825 and 14408.

The beds may have an opening between 3 mm to 5.5 mm wider than allowed between certain slats, posing an entrapment hazard to children.

A prepaid return label will be sent back to you. This label will allow you to return all the hardware to us. Please note that it is imperative to return all the hardware in order to receive your refund. According to CPSC’ recommendations, we ask you to immediately stop using the crib affected by this recall.

In accordance with the Consumer Product Safety Act, it is prohibited to redistribute, sell, or even give away recalled products in the United States.
