LUNCH POLICY: This center does NOT provide lunch. Parents are responsible for the nutritional value as described in Minimum Standards for meeting child's daily food needs.

Special Requests / Notes: We will do our best to accommodate any special requests listed here and no requests can be added after this registration form is submitted. Classroom assignments are completed over the summer and cannot be changed once class lists are published. Children are placed in classrooms based on the age range of all students in that class.
The Fine Print:
- Your registration will NOT be complete until the Registration fees are paid.
- You will receive notification by Grace Day School via email of your child's acceptance or placement on the waitlist.
- Registration payment will not be deposited unless your child is enrolled at Grace Day School.
- Monthly tuition is due by the 5th of each month and is non-refundable after the first school day of the month.
- Registration fee is ONE MONTH'S TUTION, non-refundable.
- For new families, the non-refundable Registration Fee is $350 and will be adjusted to match one month's tuition once enrollment is confirmed.
- Annual Technology & Safety Fee is $50 per family and will be invoiced in September
- Once enrollment is accepted, registration & technology/safety fees are not refundable for any reason
