What are the fees for Video Distribution?
If you select Vevo Only Plan, the fee is $25 per videoIf you select the Value Plan the fee is $95 per video
Royalty Splits: Artist keeps 70%* / Symphonic keeps 30%*unless otherwise is indicated in your distribution deal
No refunds are allowed once the video is delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: Symphonic's current policy is to exclude Russia as a territory for video distribution. Currently, we will not add Russia as a territory for video distribution.
To maintain transparency and uphold ethical standards, we ask clients to disclose details about AI usage in their projects prior to distribution. Whether your music video is fully AI-generated or AI-assisted, we require insight into how AI was used in the creative process. This will be a seamless and efficient part of your upload process and will ensure that together we can responsibly approach AI usage, while also being best positioned to meet requirements and regulations. AI-generated content may be refused if it is determined to be misleading - like imposing on someone else's copyright, likeness, or sound.

Video pitching is separate from audio, so if you are a Symphonic audio client and have submitted marketing drivers for the audio release, you still need to list the marketing drivers information here as well.
Video Release Date / Time represents when you want the video released LIVE ONLINE.
We recommend the video be sent to us at least 3+ weeks before the go live date.
Release live time only applies to Vevo/YouTube. All other DSPs release at 12AM across all timezones by default

Vevo only includes delivery to your Vevo channel on YouTube and the Vevo app on OTT devices.
Please only select this option if you want VEVO ONLY delivery for $25 per video
$95 VALUE plan
(select some or all DSPs you'd like delivery to for $95 total per video)
Promo Only is curated. A curated experience means that we'll deliver content to that DSP, and their team will preview and decide if the content will make it onto their platform.

We cannot deliver a video to Vevo if it has already been released on another YouTube channel.
For "Vevo Channel Name" please list your desired Vevo YouTube artist channel name (EXAMPLE: ArtistNameVEVO)
If you need a NEW Official Artist Channel created, please check out the eligibility requirements and submit an Official Artist Channel request here.
NOTE: If you are getting a new VEVO channel created, please wait to submit the Official Artist Channel application until you receive the Vevo channel URL from the video team. You can request this URL at video@symdistro.com
Delivery to Vevo requires 3 weeks in order to allow our marketing team time to pitch it for a Vevo playlist! However, placement is not guaranteed
