Candidate Preferences:
The family is seeking a mature, experienced caregiver who:
Has hands-on experience caring for infants
Is motherly, nurturing, and attentive
Ideally has children of her own
Understands how to work with first-time parents
Is responsible, reliable, and takes the role seriously
Provides high-quality care and close attention to the baby

📌 Commitment:
This is intended to be a long-term placement, with the hope that the caregiver will support the family until the child reaches pre-school age.

Responsibilities
*Assist with morning and after-school routines

Live-In Nanny Needed in Virginia 5–6 Month Position
A wonderful family in Virginia, USA is seeking a loving, experienced live-in nanny to care for their children who are now preparing for preschool. We are looking for someone with Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or preschool experience who enjoys helping children learn, grow, and stay engaged.
Job Details:
✔ Start date: May 15th 2026
✔ Duration: 5–6 months
✔ Salary: $2500-$3000 USD per month (paid fortnightly / bi-weekly)
✔ Accommodation: Private room in the home
✔ Days Off: 1–2 days per week (nanny is free to leave the house on off days)
✔ Work Schedule: Live-in position. Availability is expected, but not constant work. The mom works on-call and is often present in the home, and the children’s grandmother also provides support at times.
Duties Include:
✅ Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
✅ Preparing children for preschool routines and activities
✅ Supporting early learning, reading, and educational play
✅ Planning indoor/outdoor activities, crafts, and developmental games
