ECC Application

Our application is designed to give more insight into your child and the best placement for them. Please reserve at least 30 minutes to fill it out. We thank you in advance for your candid and thorough responses.

To make the experience as efficient and seamless as possible, we suggest you first create a free JotFrom account and gather the necessary paper and digital files you will need, including a recent family photo and any applicable IEP/IESP reports. You can save your progress and return to the questionnaire at any time. Saving your work requires you to be logged into the JotFrom account, via Hippa regulations; the "Save" button is at the bottom of the "Additional Questions" section.

Within 2-3 weeks of completion, applicants families will be notified of an admissions decision. For an application to be considered complete, the non-refundable $100 application fee must be submitted via check, made payable to Sarah Lawrence College Early Childhood Center.
