MonteMinds Terms & Conditions:
Payment Methods: Payment options include VISA, Mastercard, or Direct E-Transfer to info@monteminds.ca.
Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for services at MonteMinds are non-refundable.
Monthly Fees: Parents are responsible for paying monthly fees regardless of their child’s attendance at the centre, including absences due to illness, vacations, snow days, statutory holidays, and breaks.
Responsibility: MonteMinds kindly requests parents ensure their child is dropped off and picked up within their scheduled times, as our staff cannot provide supervision outside of these hours.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel MonteMinds services, please email info@monteminds.ca with a minimum of two weeks' notice.
