MonteMinds Terms & Conditions:
Payment Methods: Payment options include VISA, Mastercard (3% Service Charge), or Direct E-Transfer to info@monteminds.ca.
Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for services at MonteMinds are non-refundable.
Monthly Fees: Parents are responsible for paying monthly fees regardless of their child’s attendance at the centre, including absences due to illness, vacations, snow days, statutory holidays, and breaks (Winter Break, March Break, and first full week of July Break).
Responsibility: MonteMinds kindly requests parents ensure their child is dropped off and picked up within their scheduled times, as our staff cannot provide supervision outside of these hours.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel MonteMinds services, please email info@monteminds.ca with a minimum of two weeks' notice.
