You will be notified on Aug 1, 2025 as to status of request. If approved, you will be emailed the link to the applicaion and appliction fee will be due. Upon reciept of both you will receive an approved vendor email with market specifics.
Appliction fee: $100 / Booth fee: 10% of sales due at the end of the festival unless other arrangements are made with Kelly.
Expected attendance: 1,000+
Number of vendors: 46
Vendors are required to bring their own tents, weights and tables.
Marketing: Window posters in local businesses, direct mail, flyers distributed, usable bags, social media, banner on S. Public Road
Approved Vendor Required documents:
• BCPH food license for vendors selling food
• Insurance
• City of Lafayette Sales Tax License
