- I would be joining the Committee on a voluntary basis, but understand that I will be eligible for reimbursement for any travel costs.
- I would be joining the Committee for a maximum term of two years, commencing from the start of the appointment of Committee members unless otherwise extended in writing by Council.
- I would be able to commit approximately 20 to 50 hours per year to the Committee.
- I would be required to attend pre-scheduled Committee Meetings (up to six per year) as detailed in the Expression of Interest document.
- I would be required to complete any required research or pre-meeting tasks (such as reading matter and plans) prior to the relevant meeting.
- I agree to keep matters confidential.
