Refunds/cancellations must be requested before the registration close date on February 7 at noon. Requests for refunds after that date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we can transfer registrations to another individual. Non-payment of an invoice registratrion may result in suspension of the club, ineligibility for contests and awards, and removal of district officers from the club.

Refunds for registrations paid via Venmo/PayPal/Square will be refunded minus any processing fees.

We cannot ensure t-shirt size and availability for registrations received later that three weeks before convention.
