71st Annual Texas-Oklahoma District Convention

Prospective members are allowed to register for and attend this event.

Early Registration is $200 per person November 15 - January 31.

Late Registration is $215 per person for attendees who register on/after February 1.

Paying individually by Venmo? Complete this on your desktop instead so you'll get a QR code to scan.

Registration fees cover convention expenses, fiver-person occupancy rooms, and your Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast.

We cannot ensure t-shirt size and availability for registrations received later than three weeks before convention.

Refunds/cancellations must be requested before the registration close date on February 7 at noon. Requests for refunds after that date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we can transfer registrations to another individual. Non-payment of an invoice registratrion may result in suspension of the club, ineligibility for contests and awards, and removal of district officers from the club.

Refunds for registrations paid via Venmo/PayPal/Square will be refunded minus any processing fees.
