At Treloar Roses, we are dedicated to growing beautiful roses that will bring joy to your garden. We assure you that our roses are healthy, virus-free, and true to their variety. We are very confident in the quality of our roses, and that's why we offer a conditional, 90 day warranty from the date of shipping.
If, for any reason, your rose does not thrive within the warranty period, please follow the instructions below to submit a warranty claim. Approved warranty claims will entitle you to a replacement or refund, up to the original value of the warrantied rose. (Please note that the warranty does not cover shipping, plant tages or other product purchases).
It's important for customers to make their purchases through a registered Treloar Roses account to receive credit. If you have purchased roses through a nursery, please make your warranty claims directly through them.
