This form is to be used by clubs wishing to apply for a sanctioned Club Invitational in 2025.
General Information

First round event applications should be submitted prior to close of business on Wednesday 11th December 2024. Following this date, applications will be sent to Technical Committees for approval. Applications will open after this for continued approval however, dates cannot be guaranteed if not included in the first round applications. Please ensure that you have checked your dates against the GV event dates for any potential date clashes.
