Custom collage art commissions are open from November 20th to November 27th or until capacity is reached.
How to Use This Form:
- Have your details ready: Decide on your preferred size (6x8, 8x10, or 11x14), concept, and desired delivery date before filling out the form.
- Pricing: Commissions are priced at $2 per square inch. Add $25 for a frame (choose between modern or Victorian, both in black).
- Delivery Options:Free delivery within the 270 Outerbelt (Columbus, Ohio).
For other locations, shipping costs apply.
Commission Rules:
- Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
- Modifications: Any modifications requested after work has begun will require payment for additional time.
- Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
