* Cancellation policies:
- untill January 31st, 2025: all deposits can be returned
- untill March 31st, 2025: 50% of deposits can be returned
- after March 31st, 2025: no deposits can be returned
Deposit for the journey consists of 2000 USD. The rest must be paid until August 1st, 2025.
Your deposit is safe and will be returned to you, if we cancel the journey.
In case of cancellation due to flight or country restrictious due to higher causes (flight lockdowns or border closure) FULL REFUND of any deposits will be made at any time. No refunds on your international tickets or other transportation costs, insurance etc. is being refunded in at any time.

Please book your flight ticket so you arrive to Lima International Airport on this day. If you plan to arrive on any day earlier, let us know, and we will book the extra nights in the hotel for you. Please note that check in time is normally at 2PM.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO LIMA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, WE WILL MEET YOU THERE.

Please book your flight ticket so you depart from Lima international Airport on this day - in the afternoon (exact timings will be shared after registration).
If you want to stay in Lima longer, or if you want to arrive early, let us know. There is a surcharge for extra days.
