    Exhibitor Health & Safety Declaration
  • FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS DECLARATION WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL TO EXHIBIT

Every exhibitor, contractor, supplier, and agent onsite must comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) and its subordinate legislation. All persons onsite accept that it is their legal and moral responsibility to ensure that their own and others' health and safety are not put at risk by their actions (or in actions) throughout the tenancy of the event. It is also the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that their appointed contractors are aware of the health & safety risks, and control measures applicable to this event.

You are required to notify the Organisers (CloserStill Media) of any activities or demonstrations taking place on your stand at the exhibition.

Please select below which activities and/or demonstrations will be taking place on your stand.

  • PLEASE NOTE:  Venue regulations state that all food and drink consumed on, or given away from a stand (other than exhibitors own products), must be purchased from venue catering department. Please use the order form within the Order Forms & Deadlines to view their services.

The venue does not allow any exhibitor to offer food provided by themselves unless they are registered as a food business with their local authority and proof of registration is provided.

If, in the opinion of HOST Olympia, an exhibitor contravenes these conditions and/or provides a significant level of hospitality catering or sampling from its stand, they reserve the right to charge the exhibitor an additional corkage or concession fee.
