    Please ensure the person responsible for payment is present, as registration cannot proceed without it. After submitting the form, you will be redirected to WorldPay to complete the exam payment. Only companies or training providers paying for their employees or students may contact AEC to arrange an alternative registration process. Individuals must pay at the time of registration.

    Please Note : Candidates are responsible for selecting the correct exams and ensuring they meet the necessary eligibility criteria. After registration is completed and payment is confirmed, any changes to the exam registration form will be subject to a £65.00 amendment fee. Please be aware that AEC does not issue refunds after registration, as your allocated exam space is non-transferable.

    Once this registration form has been completed and payment has been made, please note that if a candidate withdraws from the exam after registration, no refund or credit will be issued.

    Candidates are responsible for booking the correct exams, ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements, and providing AEC with the required information and documents (e.g. date of birth, valid candidate ID, recent photograph, etc.). Once registration has been completed and payment made, if AEC is unable to book your exam due to ineligibility, an incorrect exam entry, or missing/incorrect forms, information, or documents, a £36.00 amendment fee will be applied.

    You are required to complete this form starting less than 5 days before the exam (with a very late fee) and up until the scheduled exam date.

    Please Note: If you intend to sit both versions (A and B) of the AMC exam you will be required to complete two seperate registration forms.

    AMC 8: This will take place on Friday 23rd January 2026 at 3pm GMT (UK time) = £130.00

    AIME II - will take place on Thursday 12th February 2026 at 2:00 PM GMT (UK time) = £130.00

Once AEC receives your completed form and supporting documentation, we will review the materials and inform you if any additional information is required. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 weeks for the awarding organization to approve your AA. After approval, AEC will send a separate invoice with an online payment link.

            Please Note : You must complete the registration and make full payment by 5PM (Standard fee), at least two weeks before the exam date. Registrations and payments made less than 14 days before the exam will be subject to an additional fee of £36.00 (Late fee).Registrations and payments made less than 6 days prior to the exam will be subject to an additional fee of £45.00(Very late fee).

            Directions: There are two exits out of the station both leading on to High Street North, once you come out of the station, please turn right and walk for approximately 100 yards. You will come to your first bus stop, please stop there and look across the road.

             

             On the day of the exam

            Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled exam time. If you are late you will not be allowed to sit the exam and you will need to make a new payment and rebook it.

            Please bring your original valid Photo ID with you on the day of the exam i.e., Passport, with candidate's photograph on it.

            Note: Photocopies of your ID or ID's digitally stored on smart devices are not accepted.

            Kindly ensure you bring all necessary stationery, such as pens, pencils, erasers, geometric sets,calculators, etc. (please check with the exam board the necessary stationary required for the exam), on your exam day.

            You directly provide AEC with most of the data we collect.  Data is collected and processed when you:-

            ·       Enrol online for a tutoring program

            ·       Enrol online to register for examinations

            ·       Use of CCTV and video conference recording facilities during tutoring and examination sessions

            How will we use your data?

            ·       Uses of this data include (but not restricted to) monitoring academic performance, statistical reporting, awarding qualifications.

            ·       AEC  holds data on business and academic contacts for the conduct of normal business and management matters.

            ·       CCTV and video conference call recordings are used to protect tutors, staff and students and may be used for evidential purposes to support our complaint process.

            AEC  Ltd will not sell your personal data to third parties.  Your data will only be transferred to third parties where this is required by professional bodies, it is necessary for the delivery of services by third parties to you, or as required by law.

            How do we store your data?

            ·       AEC holds data on prospective, current and former students.  This data is held in a variety of electronic and manual formats.

            ·       The web server that hosts our website is not used to store personal information of any kind.

            ·       Personal data we collect is stored on secure, cloud based servers who comply with ISO certifications for IT and data security.

            If a candidate chooses to withdraw from the exam after registration, no refund or credit will be provided. Please note that the specific terms and conditions of the exam will take precedence over these general guidelines. In cases where a refund is granted, it will only include the fees from the awarding organization and will exclude AEC’s administrative fees. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for any applicable bank fees or charges.
