To ensure a successful, mutually-benficial partnership with our agency and clients, please review and agree to the following terms (all are required to proceed with the process):
I confirm that I have availability to work 20–40 hours/week with EYC clients, for at least the next 1 year.
I can commit to working at least 4 hours per day during PST–EST hours, to align with client availability.
I enjoy working collaboratively with a team, contributing ideas, and receiving feedback, while also being able to take ownership of independent client work.
I commit to maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and reliability with clients and team members.
I confirm that I have secure, reliable devices and a strong internet connection for my work.
I understand that EYC's starting rate for new hires is USD $6/hour, with the opportunity to receive a raise within the first 3 months, and then annual raises after that.
