2025 NAEA National Convention | March 20-22 | Louisville, KY
We are excited to have you on board as an exhibitor for the 2025 NAEA National Convention!

A specific number of complimentary NAEA25 registrations are inlcuded with your exhibitor or sponsorship package. You also have the option to purchase additional registrations at the early rate of $210.00 each. In order to process both complimentary and additional NAEA25 exhibitor registrations for your booth, we need a little bit more information.

Please complete the form below with your company details and the details of the team members who will be joining you onsite in Louisville. NAEA will use this information to create attendee profiles and process your team's registrations for NAEA25.

Payment: Upon submission of this form, an NAEA Member Services Team member will reach out to the company's point of contact to provide an itemized invoice and credit card payment link. Once payment is received, the registrations are applied and confirmation emails from info@arteducators.org will be sent to each registrant.
