Your child must be three years old and potty trained to attend Primavera School. Please pick one of the schedule options below. There will be no alteration to the schedules. 

After you pick your schedule, please pick whether your child will be part-time from 7:45-1:00 or full-time from 7:45-5:30. 

Please download the enrollment paperwork below, complete it, and return it to the office. You can also complete it digitally and email it to penguinoffice@primaveraschool.org. 

Your child's immunization records are required. Please provide us with a copy when you turn in the enrollment paperwork. If your child is not immunized, please complete the exception form below and return it with your paperwork.

If you still need to, please schedule an interview with the director and do a school tour. The interview and tour are required before your child will be placed on the waitlist. You can call the school at 928-445-5382 to schedule an appointment.

Completing this form, paying the fee, and completing the required paperwork will save your child a place on our waiting list. You must pay a non-refundable $100 registration fee to hold your child's position on the waitlist. Your child is not guaranteed to have a place in a classroom. 

Once we have received your payment and all the required paperwork, we will contact you to let you know where you are on the waitlist or if your child will be placed in the classroom, and what your next steps are.

You can pay the $100 deposit one of two ways.

1. Pay below with a 3% credit card service fee.

                            OR

2. Bring cash or check to Ms. April in the Penguin Office to avoid the 3% fee.
