Thank you for applying for full transfer to the Virginia Conference UMC. Completing this application is the first step in the process. This application opens on January 1, 2026 and closes on January 15, 2026. After this application is completed and eligibility is confirmed, Clergy Excellence will place you on the Transfer Track on Unity which must be completed by February 18, 2026. Once all the information has been received, you will have an interview with the Transfer Committee of the Board of Ordained Ministry.
