Every volunteer will receive a shirt. Please note that ALL shirts are UNISEX.
You will receive your confirmation of time and schedule one week before the event via EMAIL
FESTIVAL SHIFTS

Please check the shifts you are interested and available to help with. Please note that many of the shifts occur at the same time, so be sure to only choose one in the same timeframe.
Event Preparation- Storefront Location, Week of Festival- Responsible for stuffing and packing all participant packets, sorting merchandise for the event, etc.

Monday, May 12 , 9AM - 3PM
Event Set Up- Saturday, May 17: Responsible for all set up needs as deemed by the volunteer coordinator at the event site. Vendor Check In also included.

7 AM - 10 AM
Parking Staff- Saturday, May 17: Responsible for parking all Corvettes in Clute Park as deemed by our parking coordinator.

8AM - 10AM
Event Check In- Saturday, May 17: Two tents will be set up with packets. Responsible for ensuring all participants sign waivers, receive their packets, etc.

8 - 10AM
Merchandise Sales- Saturday, May 17: Responsible for selling merchandise onsite during the Clute Park Show.

9 AM - 3 PM
Saturday Night Dinner- Community Center- Event Prep & Breakdown- Saturday, May 17: Responsible for setting up tables and chairs, ensuring the event is set up according to plan, and assisting in breakdown after the dinner has concluded.

2 - 5 PM, Event Prep and Set Up8 - 10 PM, Event Breakdown
Sunday Downtown Block Party- Sunday, May 18: PARKING and Check In- Responsible for quickly identifying all registered cars coming onto Franklin at 12pm as the street closes down, and efficiently parking them to prepare for Original Grand Prix Circuit Laps.

11 AM - 1 PM- PARKING11 AM - 1 PM- CHECK IN
Sunday Downtown Block Party- Sunday, May 18: Traffic Control- Responsible for working with all other traffic volunteers to ensure cars are coming through downtown correctly in accordance to Sheriff Pace Car. Traffic positions are in-road positions during Original Grand Prix Circuit Laps.

2:30 PM - 4 PM
Sunday Downtown Block Party- Sunday, May 18: WGI Assistance- Primary Responsibilities include assisting WGI with group of 110 cars, ensuring everyone is following directions and rules, and filling out appropriate paperwork for Drive the Glen laps. This position will meet AT WGI.

4 PM -6 PM
