Please complete the following information for persons to be included in your membership.

It is the responsibility of members to inform the North Peace Light Horse Association (the "NPLHA") of any additions or deletions to family memberships, and/or changes of address. Children 18 & under (as of October 1, 2020 are allowed in the family membership. Children 19 and over (as of October 1, 2020) must have their own membership.

In order to board at the NPLHA you must be a member based on one of the descriptions below. NPLHA's Rules, Policy and Etiquette Handbook, revised January 21, 2015 (the "Rules"), and the NPLHA's Bylaws and Constitution (the "Bylaws") and Membership & Boarding Contract must be followed.

Membership fees are due before horses are moved onto property. All Members and patrons must have current HCBC at all times while on the property of the NPLHA.

Family Membership $490/year or $315/six months- Includes 6 members of your immediate family and/or GuardiansAdult Membership$240/year or $185/six months- An individual 19 years old and olderJunior Membership $170/year or $110/six months- (Includes 1 guardian voting membership)- An individual 18 years old and under. "Guardian" must be immediate family member of an adult or junior riding member. This is only a voting membership on behalf of the minor. There is no working/riding of any horse on the property with a guardian voting membership unless you pay a drop-in fee$0 Tot Membership- Tot must be 4 years and under and may ride/sit on horses with a NPLHA Senior Member presentLifetime Membership

I understand that in the case of a discrepancy between the Rules and the Bylaws, the Bylaws will take precedence.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

Waiver and Release: I understand that the activities that I may undertake while I and/or my family members are participants are inherently risky and may result in serious injury or death. In consideration of the NPLHA granting me and my family, if applicable, membership, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever release and forever discharge NPLHA, its Directors and Officers, servants, agents, sponsors and employees, and their heirs and successors, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action rising out of or in consequence of any loss, injury or damage which may arise to me, or if applicable, my family or horse, by reason of the negligence of NPLHA or its Directors, Officers, servants, agents, sponsors, or employees. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I further release any and all recourse, which I may now or hereinafter have against NPLHA, its Directors and Officers, servants, agents, sponsors and employees, and their heirs and successors, resulting from any decisions of NPLHA
