VENDOR SPACE: Each vendor will have a space of approximately 5 feet deep by 10 feet long. Chairs will be provided. Tables will not be provided.
WEATHER: The marketspace will be held outdoors on the uncovered heated patio. In the event of rain or otherwise inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. However, space will be much tighter. Vendors should be prepared for either instance and have appropriate winter clothing.
AGES: At this time, the Neighbor’s Pub is open to community members ages 18 and older. Children ages 17 and under are not allowed.
OUTSIDE FOOD + BEVERAGES: Food and beverages will be available for purchase from the pub. Food and beverages from other establishments are not allowed.
CANCELLATIONS: Vendors who need to cancel are asked to do so as soon as possible, at least 48 hours before the event so a replacement may be made. Vendors who no-show or cancel frequently may be subject to a nonrefundable deposit fee for future events.
