    Co-LED Camp is designed for co-leaders and catalysts for social change. Whether you are in a non-profit, government, community movement building, arts collective, education, or philanthropic spaces - this residential week-long retreat is designed for co-leads to deepen their partnership and collaboration. 

    Our curriculum centers our core principles of being Black-liberative, trauma-informed, and anti-racist. The Co-LED Camp facilitation team will lead participants through a series of embodied practices, reflective exercises, dialogues and play. Participants leave with strengthened skills and deeper self-awareness to approach their leadership in new ways.

    As co-leaders, collaboration, decision-making, and accountability can be challenging. Co-LED Camp is designed to address these major needs and to explore how shared belonging, repair, and vision can fortify our work and teams. Join us for this interactive residential retreat; themes include:

    Thank you for applying to Co-LED Camp! This application tells you a bit about Co-LED Camp and tells us a bit about your co-leadership team and team priorities. We are excited to meet your co-leadership team at the interview after review of your application (Step 2 of 3).

  • INSTRUCTIONS | Please complete a single application for the entire co-leadership team who wishes to attend Co-LED Camp. You can choose to "Save & Continue Later" at the end of the form if you wish to complete in phases. Once complete, you will have the option to "Review Answers" and then to "Submit".

    • Tell us a bit about the folks who co-lead together and wish to attend Co-LED Camp. This will help us understand your specific team and the individual team member needs. Start by telling us who else is a part of your team.

    • NOTE: Co-Leader Colleague 1 will also be the individual who is lead for communications with Co-LED Camp and In The Works for the team (ex. scheduling the team interview, etc.)

    • REGISTRATION COST | All meals, lodging and materials are included in the registration cost for each attendee. The cost is per individual on the team, and the registration cost does not include flight or transportation travel costs, which will be in addition to the registration. 

      • $4,000 - Shared room lodging, 1-2 Roommates
      • $5,000 - Solo room lodging (Limited availability, TBD)

    • EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT | Co-leadership teams who apply AND also schedule their team interview within the window can receive a discount for each attendee. We have two early-bird windows:

      Early-bird 1: Apply by September 30, 2025 for a discounted shared room rate of $3,500 ($500 discount per attendee). Expires October 1st.

      Early-bird 2: Apply by February 28, 2026 for a discounted shared room rate of $3,750 ($250 discount per attendee). Expires March 1st.

      NOTE: When combining discounts, we first apply the early-bird discount and then apply the scholarship if one is requested. You can read more about registration cost discounts and how to calculate totals here.

    • SCHOLARSHIPS | Sliding scale scholarships are available for a reduced rate, with priority for support of leaders who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), QT/BIPOC and Two-Spirit people, LGBTQIA+ folks, people with disabilities, elders (60+), and/ or youth (18-21).

      NOTE: When combining discounts, we first apply the early-bird discount and then apply the scholarship if one is requested. You can read more about registration cost discounts and how to calculate totals here.

    • PAYMENT OPTIONS | We have flexibility in our payment options:

      1) Pay in Full - Organization will receive an invoice for the full amount of $4,000 if shared room accommodations / $5,000 if solo room accommodations per attendee (full cost before discounts / scholarships if appliable)

      2) Payment Plan - Organization will receive invoicing in 4 equal installments. Organization will receive an invoice for the deposit amount of $1,000 if shared room accommodations / $1,250 if solo room accommodations per attendee. (full cost before discounts / scholarships if appliable) All payments must be paid in full by May 31, 2026. 

    • TRAVEL COSTS | In addition to the registration cost, each attendee is responsible for booking and costs associated with flight, ground transportation, as well as any incidentals for travel (estimate of $250 - $900 / attendee in cost).

    • COVID-19 & Wellness Policy

      Co-LED Camp and our site host are keeping watch on the CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services COVID-19, H5N1 and other guidelines and recommendations. 

      Any masking or testing requirements for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals will be disclosed closer to the event, in an effort to align with the latest CDC and public health guidance. We will be in regular contact with guests about any wellness protocols that may arise as conditions change. 

      If wellness safety protocols are needed due to public health guidance, we will communicate and implement regular testing and mask use when indoors for this gathering. Participation in these guidelines, if implemented, will be required for attendance.

      Upon arrival at the retreat center, if we are under COVID-19, H5N1 or other wellness guidelines, each participant may communicate and identify their personal physical contact preference (contact with consent, limited contact, or no contact) Please do not travel if you are not feeling well or if you may have been recently exposed to the COVID-19 or H5N1 virus.

      We will utilize the data from attendees to inform our final set of wellness protocols
