Payment is required to hold your spot in the class. If you are unable to attend the class and notify us at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the class then you may use that deposit towards a different class dependent upon availability. If you are unable to attend the class and notify us within 48 hours of the class, we cannot refund your purchase and will hold your decorating kit at the store until you can pick it up.
Classes with less than 5 students will not be held. We will notify enrolled students at least 48 hours prior if a class is cancelled via email. At that time, students may use their payment for a different class dependent upon availability, receive a refund, or upgrade to a private class for an additional fee and at the availability of the teacher.
For the unpredictable Colorado weather, we plan to hold classes unless roads are deemed unsafe for travel or if uncontrollable events occur. We will email and then call students as soon as any changes are decided or updates to the class. We will do our best to reschedule the class at the earliest time possible.
If you are using a gift card as payment, please call or visit us in store to reserve your spot and to redeem payment.
All food items are made in kitchens that have come into contact with common allergens. Please notify us of any allergies and we may be able to make accomodations to avoid cross contaminations, and allergy friendly options may impose an additional fee. Depending on the allergy and severity, we may not be ablle to accomodate your request.
