• Private Lesson Request Form

  • Private Lessons must be requested no less than 14 days ahead of the requested lesson date as facility requires that we provide advanced notice for rentals. If you request within the 2 weeks, Courtney will reach back out to you to request another date that is in correspondance of the 2 weeks mark.

    1. After your request is submitted, an email will be sent to our team to confirm availability with The Big House and your requested coach.
    2. Once availability is confirmed - Courtney will send a confirmation to all parties, including a payment link to book your court rental fee of $40. Once payment is confirmed, Courtney will book your lesson on the calendar. This amount is non-refundable or transferable as it is forwarded on. 
    3. You will bring a payment upfront of $40 in cash ONLY for your coach in accordance of your requested lesson.The court fee and private lesson fee must be seperate payments! So it will be $80 total for the lesson.
    4. For information regarding pricing and payment methods, please email cweatherspoon@aacclub.net.  
    5. In the case that your desired coach has an emergency and can no longer attend your requested private lesson, the Club will make every reasonable effort to reschedule an appropriate coach. 
    6. If you have to cancel, you are still responsible for paying the $40 court fee.

    Example: If you start at 6:00 you will pick the 5:00 lesson time.
