Private / Small Group Lesson Request Form

Private Lessons must be requested no less than 14 days ahead of the requested lesson date as facility requires that we provide advanced notice for rentals.

After your request is submitted, an email will be sent to our team to confirm availability with The Big House and your requested coach.
Once availability is confirmed - you will receive a link to make payment ($40) to reserve your court for your lesson. After your payment is made, Tiffany will send a confirmation to all parties and book your lesson on the calendar. This amount is non-refundable or transferable as it is forwarded on.
You will bring payment for your coach in accordance with your request with you to your lesson to pay promptly.

In the case that your desired coach has an emergency and can no longer attend your requested private lesson, the Club will make every reasonable effort to reschedule an appropriate coach.
