You are about to begin the process of registering for Camp Rep, which may take up to 20 minutes to complete and will require supplemental documents that you should prepare in advance. If necessary, you can save your progress and return at a later time.
The form includes the following:
- Basic parent/guardian information
- Camper profiles, with information about behaviors, sensitivities, and general interests. This information is not used to make acceptance decisions, but allows our team to get to know your camper as much as possible before the first day and allows us to prepare our team for any needs that may arise.
- Emergency contact information
- Scholarship Application, which requires the following attached materials:
- 2023 or 2024 Tax Return (W-2s will not be accepted) OR an official letter for the camper's school stating they qualify for free/reduced lunch
- A personal statement from the camper (250-500 words written or a 1-2 minute video) about why they are excited to attend Camp Rep, what interests them about theatre, and what they're excited to learn at Camp Rep.
- Deposit Payment - a $50 payment is required per child for each session they are registered for, and must be paid at this time for their registration to be complete.
