SCHOLARSHIPS
The deadline for scholarship applications is March 22.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Fully complete this camp registration form, which includes the scholarship application and payment of the non-refundable deposit, by March 22, 2026.
- Applicants will be notified via email on the status of their application on April 3, 2026.
- Awardees must accept or decline their scholarship in writing by April 10, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants Must:
- Be able to attend the full two weeks of the camp session. No exceptions are made for vacations, summer school, or other summer programs.
- Submit their complete registration form and scholarship application by the deadline. Only complete applications with paid deposits are considered.
CAMPER CONTRIBUTION
As part of the scholarship process, we want to hear from your camper! Please upload a 250-500 written statement OR 1-2 minute recorded video of your camper letting them share why they are excited to come to Camp Rep. Multiple campers may be included in a single video, but all must share their interest.
Campers may use the following prompts for their submission: Why are you excited to attend Camp Rep this year? What do you like about theatre? What are you hoping to learn this summer?
PARENT/GUARDIAN CONTRIBUTION
All applicants are required to contribute a minimum of $75 per camper non-refundable deposit. Full camp tuition is $775. Please ask for only what you need. You may be asked to contribute more. If your child receives and accepts a scholarship, your contribution must be paid to Camp Rep by the final payment deadline (dependent on the session start date).
Proof of need and income guidelines:
Applicants must demonstrate financial need. To demonstrate need, choose one of the following options to include with the scholarship application:
- An official letter from the applicants’ school stating they qualify for free or reduced lunch.
- A completed 2024 or 2025 tax return with the applicant listed as a dependent. W-2s will be accepted.
A letter explaining extenuating circumstances not represented in documentation (e.g. medical expenses or recent unemployment) may be included in addition to one of the above proofs of need.
