Welcome to Rock Solid All Stars! Thank you for choosing us to support your athlete’s tumbling journey. Please complete this form to register for classes. The team looks forward to helping each athlete grow and achieve their goals.

TUMBLING CLASS DETAILS

• Annual Registration Fee: $40 (nonrefundable, due every 12 months), this will be collected via credit card at the end of this form.

• Class Payment Options (payments will be collected on a weekly or monthly basis through quickbooks invoices / payments. A card must be kept on file for payments. A credit card authorization form can be obtained at the front desk at your first class):

• $20 per class (pay-as-you-go)

• $60 per month for one class per week

• $100 per month for two classes per week

Classes are scheduled by skill level, with athletes placed in the appropriate class based on their current abilities. Attendance in classes above the assessed level is not permitted. Class times and levels are available on the website.

CREDIT CARD POLICY: Credit Card Payments only please. A credit card must be kept on file. Please obtain a credit card authorization form from the front desk. Charges will occur on or around the first day of classes each month for monthly payments or on or around the time of the class for pay-per-class payments.

CANCELLATION AND ATTENDANCE POLICY: Payment is made per class or per month. To discontinue attendance, please send an email to RSallstars.com.

• Pay-Per-Class Option: No charges will apply for unattended classes.

• Monthly Payment Option: No charges will apply for months not attended. Refunds will not be issued for partial months.

GROUP CLASS ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Tumbling classes at Rock Solid All Stars are conducted as group classes. Each class is designed to provide all athletes with equal opportunities to practice their skills through a structured turn-based approach. For one-on-one instruction, private lessons are available for $40 per 30-minute session.

PRIVATE LESSONS:

If you are interested in private lessons please complete this form and pay the yearly membership fee ($40). Then call the gym to set up your private lesson date and time. If you already reserved a private lesson time you should have received an email with your log in information.
- Lessons must be paid 7 days in advance to stay on the coach’s schedule for the upcoming week.
- If a lesson isn’t paid for in time, it will be removed from the schedule automatically and will need to be rebooked.
- You’re always welcome to rebook or add extra lessons as needed.
